ISO/TS16949
ISO/TS16949 focuses on developing the Quality Management
System through continual improvement, defect prevention/elimination,
and reducing variation in all the organizations processes and
waste in the supply chain. Design/Development is addressed in
ISO/TS16949, along with production, and can also apply to installation
and service of automotive products. K & S will provide the
Policy Manual, Procedures Manual and assist in the writing of
Work Instructions, as necessary. Additional on-site assistance
is available for quality system implementation, gap analysis and
auditor training.
